This term Lifestyle is how I can compare candid moments to our everyday life.
Anyone with small children knows sessions don't always go according to plan when asking our children to sit and smile.
I try my best to take advantage of these moments by introducing an activity to create candid moment.
Family

Family Sessions can take place outdoor.
The perfect session to take advantage of the seasons and enjoy being outdoors with your family.
Sessions can also be hosted in studio.
I rent studios from Ann Arbor, Brighton, Monroe, Royal Oak, Pontiac and Detroit.
I have a location list I update for clients to choose from where we can talk about your session vision and create a list on how to make it come to life.

Lifestyle newborn sessions take place 1 week to 3 months after baby is born.
This gives mom enough time to adjust to newborn life as well as time to prep for her family session.
Sessions take place in studio or home.
Popular locations in home are nursery, living areas and master bedroom.
I always suggest paying attention to light during the day in your home to help find the best timeframe for shooting.
I use natural light when I can for these sessions and are usually hosted in the morning.
Your next milestone session would be around 6-9 months for your updated family album.

Maternity sessions take place around 30-34 weeks.
I always suggest scheduling sooner rather than later to prepare.
Sessions can be held indoor and outdoor with multiple studio locations available.
Pregnancy announcement sessions take place between 12-18 weeks.
Announcement sessions are also a great time to find out the gender during a gender reveal session.

Holiday sessions can rent our time at your local tree farm to take family portraits for your upcoming holiday cards.

Local Greenhouses also have this option where you can take photos with the trees outside.
